This Content Rights & Usage Policy governs the creation, submission, licensing, and usage of digital content across the Alianza Business Club app, Business Alliance Academy (BAA), Alianza Magazine, La Cuponera Digital, and all associated web and media platforms operated by Alianza Empresarial (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Ownership Framework

A. Proprietary Ecosystem Content

All core platform materials—including software source code, UI/UX designs, branding, logos, graphics, platform-produced editorial content, magazine layouts, promotional videos, and proprietary training courses—are the exclusive property of Alianza Empresarial or its licensors. Unapproved reproduction, distribution, or extraction of these assets is strictly prohibited.

B. User-Generated & Instructor Content

Members, instructors, and business owners retain ownership of the original trademarks, business descriptions, course modules, text, images, and media they upload or submit to our platforms.

2. Licenses & Usage Rights

A. Member & Student License to Access Content

When you enroll in a course on Business Alliance Academy (BAA) or access premium directory features within the Alianza Business Club app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational and networking use.

• Permitted Use: Streaming enrolled video lessons, downloading designated PDF workbooks/resources for personal reference, and viewing member directory profiles.
• Prohibited Use: Screen recording, downloading non-downloadable videos, reselling, sharing account login credentials, or re-publishing course or directory content on external platforms or social media without written consent.

B. License Granted by Members & Instructors to Alianza Empresarial

By submitting, uploading, or publishing content (such as magazine articles, directory photos, course videos, promotional banners, or podcast audio) to any Alianza platform, you grant Alianza Empresarial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Host, stream, display, translate, format, and distribute the content across our digital ecosystem (including the mobile app, websites, and connected CRMs).
• Use your name, business logo, image, voice, and profile to promote your courses, articles, or products through our marketing channels, social media, magazine editions, and live events (e.g., Speed Networking, Bazaars, and Masterminds).

3. Instructor Content & Monetization Rights

Instructors who publish educational courses on Business Alliance Academy (BAA) operate under a structured content partnership:

• Intellectual Property Retained: Instructors retain full ownership of their underlying course IP and educational methods.
• Revenue & Royalty Distribution: Course sales, revenue split percentages (ranging from 50% to 70% based on instructor certification tier), and affiliate referral payouts are governed by the specific BAA Instructor Agreement.
• Quality & Exclusive Rights: Content submitted to BAA must comply with quality, audio/video standards, and accuracy requirements. Instructors warrant that all materials submitted are original or that they hold the necessary licenses to use third-party assets (such as background music, stock imagery, or presentation slides).

4. Third-Party Content & Copyright Infringement

Alianza Empresarial respects third-party intellectual property and expects all community members to do the same.

• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading copyrighted music, imagery, trade secrets, or text without clear authorization from the rights holder.
