Empresarial Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

This Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice applies to the Alianza Business Club mobile application, website, digital academy, and all related platforms operated by Alianza Empresarial (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, and materials contained within the Alianza Business Club app and associated platforms are the exclusive property of Alianza Empresarial or its licensed content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected elements include, but are not limited to:

Trademarks and Brand Assets: The names Alianza Empresarial, Alianza Business Club, Business Alliance Academy (BAA), La Cuponera Digital, Alianza Magazine, logos, slogans, graphics, and icon designs.
Educational & Media Content: Course materials, video masterclasses, curriculum designs, podcast recordings (“Voces de Éxitos”), magazine articles, editorial layouts, images, and audio assets.
Software & Technology: Source code, app interface design (UI/UX), database architectures, custom plugin workflows, and proprietary algorithms.

2. Limited License to Users

Subject to compliance with our Terms of Service, Alianza Empresarial grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Alianza Business Club app for personal or internal business networking and educational purposes.

Under this license, you MAY NOT:

Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or license any app content or software without explicit written permission.
Use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data-gathering tools to extract data from the app directory or member database.
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the mobile application or underlying backend code.
Use Alianza trademarks, logos, or brand assets in commercial advertising or promotional material without prior written authorization.

3. Instructor & Member Content Rights

Ownership of User Content: Instructors, business owners, and members retain ownership of the original text, logos, course materials, and media they upload to the platform.
Granted License to Alianza: By uploading or publishing content on the Alianza Business Club app or BAA, members grant Alianza Empresarial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, translate, distribute, and promote that content across our ecosystem (including the app, magazine, podcast, social media channels, and promotional events).

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) / Takedown Notice Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any material on the Alianza Business Club app infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
The exact location (URL, screen, or pathway within the app) of the allegedly infringing material.
Your contact details (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
